Brickato Ltd. (the "Company" or "we") values your privacy and is obligated to protect and maintain personal data it collects about you. This Privacy Policy outlines the manner in which we collect information, the types of information collected, the way we use this information and the manner in which you, as a data subject, are entitled to view, update or request the deletion of the information. Terms that are not defined in this Privacy Policy will have the meanings attributed to them in the Protection of Privacy Law, 1981 (the "PPL").

1. General

2. Personal Data Collected Directly from You

We will collect Personal Data about you or third parties that you provide to us as part of contacting or reaching out to the Company, including your name, phone number, email, and any identifying information you choose to share with the Company, and information you provide us as part of the process for your engagement with the Company. Without prejudice to the foregoing, to the extent that you provide us with information regarding other individuals (for example, family members) or on their behalf, you are required to obtain their consent to this Privacy Policy. You represent and warrant that you have obtained, and will maintain at all times during which such Personal Data is held by the Company, all necessary consents from such third parties for the disclosure of their details and Personal Data to the Company and/or its representatives. 3. Information We May Derive About You

Any person who finds any data about him that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or not up-to-date, is entitled to request the owner of the database to correct the data or to erase it. If the owner of the database refuses, he must notify the applicant in the manner set out under the applicable regulations. The applicant is entitled to appeal any rejection on account of an owner of a database to amend or delete data stored in a database, in accordance with applicable regulations. Additionally, if the information in the database is used for direct marketing with you, you are entitled, under the Protection of Privacy Law, to request in writing that the information relating to you be deleted from the database. 13. Privacy Policy Changes

The Company may update the terms of this Privacy Policy from time to time. If the Policy is changed in a significant way, a notice will be posted on the home page of the applicable website 30 days before the changes take effect. If non-significant changes will be made to this Privacy Policy, a notification on the homepage of the Website will be made at least 7 days prior to the coming into force of the amended policy — unless changes will be made in accordance with applicable law or as a result of a demand by an applicable authority, and in such event the changes will come into force in accordance with the law or the demand as aforesaid.
